In the first year, the salary will be 30,000 per month, out of which the soldier will get 21,000 per month, and the rest 9,000 will be deposited in the allowance given at the time of retirement. Similarly, in the second year, the salary will be 33,000 per month, out of which the soldier will get 23,100 per month, and the rest will be deposited in the allowance. The salary and allowance structure will continue to increase in the third and fourth years, with a total deposit of 11 lakh 71 thousand after retirement.
BENEFITS AND FUTURE PROSPECTS
Apart from the salary and allowance, the soldiers will also get an eligibility certificate that will help them get a job in any other field after retirement. 25% of the soldiers recruited can be taken forward in the service, and the remaining 75% can get a job in other areas after retirement.
